Brian Schryver  R.C.M.

Owner, Pro Guard Property Management and Property Manager

 

Pro Guard Property Management was created in 1997 serving the Collingwood, Wasaga Beach, and Thornbury areas.

 

Brian purchased Pro Guard Property Management in the fall of 2016.  He has worked in the Property Management industry since 2006 and has been working with Pro Guard Property Management since 2008.

 

He and his family love the area attractions which bring people to condo living in the Georgian Triangle; hiking, skiing, swimming to name a few.

 

Brian provides full service Property Management services to all his condominium units and ensures homes and commercial units in the care of Pro Guard receive the utmost in service and professionalism that he and the Pro Guard team can provide.

 

Brian looks forward to continuing to grow Pro Guard and ensuring Pro Guard's homeowners receive the best in Condominium Management services.

Michael J. Salnek  R.C.M.

Consultant/Property Manager

 

Mike has been in the Property Management industry for over 20 years and was the original owner up until the transfer of ownership in the Fall of 2016 to Brian. During this time, Collingwood has become his second home.

 

His career has been diverse, which has developed his skill of flexibility. His management style is simple; be firm, be fair and maintain a high standard.

 

Mike developed strong people skills through HR management, which has become an added strength to developing successful property management.

 

Mike continues to provide consulting services to Brian and the team at Pro Guard Property Management. The knowledge that Mike brings to the team has allowed Pro Guard to grow and thrive in the area.

Tanya Brown  R.C.M.

Property Manager

 

Tanya has over 12 years experience in the condominium industry. Tanya has experience managing high rise, low rise, town homes and multi-Condominium complexes. She has worked for several large corporate Property Management firms however she prefers the smaller communities and more personalized service that is offered in smaller towns.

 

Tanya has extensive experience working with builders on new build developments as they transition to the condominium corporations and has created some enduring relationships between herself and local developers.

 

Tanya's strong interpersonal skills and approachable nature has quickly earned the respect and trust of her board of directors.

Allan Nolan  R.C.M.

Property Manager

 

Allan has been in the property management profession for over 13 year and began as a property manager with a management firm based in Thornhill for the first 10 years in the property management industry.

 

Allan and his wife have lived in condominiums prior to moving north when Allan joined Pro Guard Property Management. During this time, Allan gained invaluable experience “on the other side of the table” as he was on the Board of Directors for many years.  This experience has enabled Alan to appreciate both the Director roles he supports and the position of Property Manager.

 

Allan’s strong attention to detail enables him to be an efficient leader for large restoration projects, budgets and facilitating the day to day operations of the condominiums he manages.

Robyn Belleghem

Senior Office Administrator

 

Robyn has worked in the property management industry for over twenty years.  She is the first point of contact for homeowners of Pro Guard Property Management.

 

Robyn co-ordinates with the various boards of directors regarding set up for Annual General Meetings, special meetings, directors’ meetings and provides valuable support to the property management team with regular projects along with any special projects as required.

Ivana Gallo

Administrator

 

Ivana has 10 years experience as a project coordinator for the repair and upkeep of the properties managed by Pro Guard with direct contact and coordination of all trades related to the exterior and interior of residential and commercial condominium units.

 

Ivana has strong interpersonal relationships with homeowners and contractors allowing her to create superior working relationships with those that she works with.

Gillian Rice

Administrator/Junior Property Manager

 

Gillian has over 7 years experience in the property management field. She has completed the required courses towards obtaining her R.C.M. designation, and is currently working towards completion of the required experience time furthering her education and future career in the property management industry.

 

Gillian will be partnering and mentoring with the more senior Property Management team in order to obtain her R.C.M. designation in the property management field.

Carol Edwards

Account Manager

 

Carol has been working in residential condominium management for over twenty years. She has a strong background in accounting procedures using the Constar property management system.

 

Carol was responsible for condominium accounting for numerous Condominium Corporations prior to joining Pro Guard Property Management. She currently oversees all accounting functions for the Pro Guard portfolio, including accounts payable and receivable, monthly financial statements, preparation of year-ends, monthly reconciliations and liaison with the Condominium’s auditors.

Ella Steudel

Accounting Support

 

Ella has joined Pro Guard Management with a wealth of knowledge in the Constar property management software.

 

Along with the support of the software, Ella provides the administration on the processing of regular payables and receivables and provides valuable support to the managers and the office staff.
